Scuba reveals debut album under SCB alias, ‘Caibu’

Following on from EPs ‘Below The Line’ and ‘Old Media New Society’, Scuba will be releasing his debut album under his uncompromising alias SCB – out on the 13th April.

Titled ‘Caibu’, the word refers to an imagined surgical procedure where cognitive ability is augmented through one brain to the other. As such, the EPs and follow up album encourages the listener to forge their own ideas on the development of society in the context of crisis.

To be released on his Hotflush imprint, the twelve track LP flows through the realms of techno, darkened disco and broken beats. Artwork for the three EPs and album commissioned by Jonathan Lawrence.

‘Cabin’ by SCB will be released on the 13th April via Hotflush Recordings
