Rizu X formally kicks off the new NYC-based label Gone Baby with dizzying new cuts.
The EP is named after “Myokymia,” which is the involuntary eye twitching that usually stems from stress, sleep deprivation, or caffeine. The production channeled the energy from the nightlife she was missing, mixed with the anxiety and codependency to technology, and follows up her split EP on Cómeme, with Katerina.
The artwork by Alejandra Muñoz features a blue lotus, which was inspired by the blue lotus tea that Lizett was drinking at the time, which led to her having strange lucid dreams.
