Plain Sailing channel the electrifying ethos of their party series in mix 072.
Andrew Moore and Peter Gibney are the duo behind Belfast rave crew Plain Sailing. Launched in October 2019 with their first party headlined by Valencia’s Pepe, Plain Sailing pride itself on bringing international artists to the city for their debuts alongside bigging up local legends. The parties are as diverse as the sound that tunnels throughout the Belfast scene, putting on events that include everything from UKG back-to-backs, grime mash-ups, techno and DIY hip hop. Their guests include the likes of Mor Elian, Barker, Willow, Carlton Doom, Cailin, Holly Lester and more.
With events on the back burner for now, the duo have expanded the Plain Sailing brand to incorporate a record label with releases from Son Zept, Buckfast Terror Squad and Kobina. They’ve also launched a feature element to their content, bringing a collection of opinion pieces, artists interviews, and round-ups.
