The Bristol outfit of James Rushforth, Alexander Hill, Isaac Jones and Jamie Thomas formed in 2017.
Taking inspiration from the likes of Sunn O)), Gnod, Metz, Giant Swan, Daniel Avery and Factory Floor, Scalping’s first release is a dynamic two-track EP, including remixes from Bruce and DJ October. ‘Chamber’ is also the debut on new London-based imprint Council Records.
Coming off the back of an incredible year of audio-visual shows, the band played at Crack Magazine’s Simple Things stage, ArcTanGent, a string of headline shows and support for Ho9909, Holy Fuck and Marie Davidson.
