Picture the early morning sunrise peeking through the shutters and small window openings inside the club. The fog from the smoke machine and cigarette smoke reflecting in the rose-tinted lights. It’s warm, it’s sweaty and you’re two-stepping along in a trance-inducing march. This is the first image that comes to mind when listening to ‘Looking For Lost Cats’, taken from SPF 50’s forthcoming EP ‘Sumimasen’ on his own label Professional Music. It gives me butterflies, yearning for that euphoric early morning feeling.
