Nathan Micay is on a roll this year with a steady slew of releases on labels such as Whities, On Loop and now Lovefingers’ ESP Institute imprint. Taking a different route for his ‘weirdest club record to date’, Nathan focuses on the dancefloor with the lead single ‘Never Rhythm Game’ a 4am acid-tinged wobbler.
“After releasing what I feel was my most emotional and personal work to date this past August, I decided that the next release should be totally different. Something fun and purely for the club, a concept I’ve always struggled with in the studio,” Micay says. “The results are the first tracks I’ve ever been truly happy to present as tools for the club DJ. Completely void of meaning and made to make people dance. The world has enough to be emotional about right now as it is,” Nathan explains.
