GALA Festival has announced their May Bank Holiday lineup, inspired by historic house and disco parties of New York and Chicago.

Returning to Peckham Rye is Honey Dijon who’s feverish offering last year saw revellers packed into the Pleasure Dome, along with Horse Meat Disco, Midland, Mr Scruff, Crazy P and Raw Silk.

For the first time outside of the confines of a club, Palms Trax will be bringing his ‘Cooking with Palms Trax’ to the party, joining him will be Sassy J, Mafalda, Beautiful Swimmers and Young Marco. Worldwide FM is also set to host a stage to celebrate London’s vibrant – and sometimes underappreciated – jazz scene. Also on the billing is a live show from Auntie Flo, Skinny Pelembe, Emma-Jean Thackray and band ensembles Tenderlonious and 22archestra. Making their GALA debut on the 26th May will be Dan Beaumont, Gerd Janson, Dan Shake, Nick the Record and Jaye Ward.

Gala Festival will take place on the 26th May at Peckham Rye Park. For more information and tickets head to, click here.
